I was a chronic over-worker and perfectionist. There was always some big deadline looming over my head and sucking the joy from my life.

 

I was so busy doing what I "had to" or "should do" that I lost track of what I actually wanted to do with my life.

 

I was trapped in an endless burnout cycle, doing all the things to earn outside approval and maintain my "perfect" ideal, only to go completely offline for weeks at rock bottom.

 

And as if that wasn't bad enough, I was terribly lonely. Even though I might have been dating or talking to matches, the connections lacked real depth. I simply didn't have the mental, emotional, or physical space to show up fully for love.

 

I felt like a huge rubber band being stretched in all directions. And I snapped for the last time. 

 

When I finally came crashing back into myself, I realized my one big mistake: I wasn't planning my own desires into my life. Instead, I had mindlessly prioritized things like external validation & people-pleasing.

 

So I vowed to never re-enter the burnout cycle and to put my big goals first for a change, which included creating a life with space for a long-lasting, sexy partnership.

Luckily, burnout is totally solvable and preventable! These science-backed approaches will work for you, too!
